The model 210 compression dent removal system is designed to remove up to 65 percent of all side wall compression dents on can sizes 202 through 603. This system will not remove chime dents and is designed for use on 3 piece cans only. Cans once bound for the outlet stores, can now be returned to the production line.

Designed for use on dedicated can size labeling lines, the 510LC is a low cost alternative to the higher priced model 530M-4. The 510LC utilizes the same electronics, inspection and reject systems found on the 530M-4, but has a limited can size adjustability range. The system is rated up to 1,200 cans per minute.

The 510LC will inspect for and remove all of the following labeling defects:

      missing labels          flapping labels         torn labels
      twisted labels           baggy labels            dog-eared labels

The 545-B is the only fully integrated bar code and label inspection system available for rolling labeling lines. The 545-B ensures that the correct code is on each can by locking the first bar code into memory. Each bar code is scanned and compaired to the "master code." If the code is incorrect, the product is removed from the production line. The unit will also reject any code that is unreadable by the bar code scanner. The system will inspect for bar code or labeling defects at line speeds up to 1,200 cans per minute.

In addition to bar code inspection, the 545-B will inspect for and remove all of the following labeling defects:

The model 710 bar code inspection station mounts to an existing conveyor line and can perform a wide range of inspection applications including:

Ideal for the inspection of product UPC bar codes as well as codes printed by ink jet units, the 710 can be configured with a wide range of reject or line control modules. The 710 will inspect all standard bar codes and is rated up to 1,800 parts per minute. No matter what type of product, if a bar code is present, the 710 will scan for accuracy and readability.
